Blogger and Influencer Anniken Jørgensen (26) she has long been honest that she suffered from bleeding and that it affected her both physically and mentally.
It was before Christmas last year that the 26-year-old first spoke out about his health issuesand has since gone through a variety of medical consultations and treatment methods in the hope of getting better.
New Health Update: – Huge effort
Now Jørgensen finally arrives with good news. In a video clip about Instagram she tells the influencer that she has finally got rid of the problems.
He also confirms this in Se og Hør.
– Healthy again
– I had my first ovulation about two months ago, and then both the doctor and I cried.
The last time Jørgensen ovulated was over a year and a half ago.
– It was very special and the first sign that it might be over. After this, I actually had a regular period and it stopped until I got my period again. I have now had three full cycles and then consider myself healthy again, says the influencer.
However, the 26-year-old doesn’t know what led to her recovery, describing it as a “miracle”.
Shares Health Update:- I am devastated
– I stopped all the birth control pills that were given to me many times in the hope that it would stabilize, but it did not. So there were always new rounds of new preparations. In the end, I couldn’t take it anymore because of the psychological issue. I’ve become so unbelievably bad, she tells Se og Hør and adds:
– So I really don’t know. It was almost a small miracle. Her body just did it.
Now the influencer is determined never to use contraception again.
– What the hell were those things. What we women put into our bodies.
Jørgensen says she is fine now, but still affected.
– Of course life isn’t normal again when you’ve been bleeding for so long, but I’m very happy. I can’t imagine now that I actually bled every day, for that long. It looks completely surreal. I still dream of myself bleeding so it’s still in my body. I’m just trying to rebuild myself a little.
She made “everyone” think she was sick
– Embarrassed and stupid
The video that the 26-year-old shared on Instagram shows strong images and gives an idea of how difficult it was, until Se og Hør tells the influencer that she felt she just had to tell what has been going on lately and how difficult it has been. feel like you’re not being taken seriously.
– I came to the ER crying and thought I was going to bleed to death, or my back would soon break in pain, but I was never admitted. Never even investigated. Just sent home with more painkillers than last time, says the influencer and adds:
– I almost felt embarrassed and stupid for not getting help. Like I didn’t have enough pain, while at times I could hardly breathe.
Another reason Jørgensen made the video is thinking of others who have been through similar situations.
So the boyfriend proposed
– It is vital that others see that it can be done this way and that you have the courage to be honest and open.
– Do you have any advice or good experience that you can share with others?
– As mom said, you have to be healthy enough to be bad. Don’t take no for no. In reality you have to nag, nag, nag and ask for help. Which I thought was terribly difficult. Otherwise, no one will really listen to you. Absolutely ridiculous, but true. So you have to persevere, you just have to persevere.
– Many reasons
Gynecologist and professor emerita Mette Haase Moen tells Se og Hør that many women suffer from bleeding disorders during their childbearing years and that this can have various causes.
Hormonal disorders, contraceptives, infections, ovulation failure, changes in blood clotting (menopause), onset of menopause, benign and malignant changes in the uterus and on the cervix are among what the gynecologist mentions.
Eli with cancer: – It wasn’t easy
– During the covid-19 illness and vaccination, we have seen many strange bleeding disorders that we do not have a clear idea of how they occur, says the gynecologist.
At the same time, he emphasizes that both hormonal disturbances and/or infections are something that will eventually pass.
Close to fainting during childbirth
– Bleeding disorders related to covid-19 are also considered temporary, he says and adds:
– In case of haemorrhagic disorders it is important to have a correct visit from the general practitioner or gynecologist. One should not settle for something that will pass until more serious causes have been ruled out.
