Vocalist Anneli Saaristo75, tells Ilta-Sanom that he lost 15 kilos in a few years. According to Saaristo, the weight loss happened unnoticed, when he no longer felt the same way about food.

– I don’t have a terrible appetite, and I’ve stopped drinking alcohol. I don’t feel the same way as before. I used to drink wine and sometimes beer, but now I hardly drink. I notice that people lose weight when they stop trying. If you don’t watch it, it happens, the artist tells the magazine.

The archipelago has tried to lose weight terribly in the past and tried all possible weight loss regimens. Among other things, he tried the wine and egg diet and spent two weeks on a cabbage soup diet. It was terrible for the archipelago.

– Overdoing things often destroys things. You shouldn’t try too hard, but take life easy. I have encouraged people to be light-hearted. Lightheartedness to glory! Archipelago states.

Saaristo also feels that the clothes look more beautiful on him now. He says that his clothing size has decreased. In addition, losing weight has made the singer feel lighter.

Saaristo’s spectacular career has lasted a whopping 55 years. The artist has entertained people in Eurovision, on television, in theater and in movies.
