It turned out that the disgraced star who had settled in Europe was rehearsing with an accompanist. On the footage, Netrebko shouts loudly to the whole house, performing the part.
“It took me more than a month to adjust my voice to this bloody one of the most difficult parts in the soprano repertoire. Abigail becomes mine. This is a real high barrier for me. Now I’m ready to start orchestral rehearsals and my debut will take place very soon. Here I will leave as a keepsake one of the many rehearsals – work on the top notes, ”the celebrity explained.
The opera diva added that the technique of taking the top notes in this part is very different from everything that she had to do before. Thus, Anna gained a new experience for herself.
