The author of projects of such successful projects as “Storm” and “Arrhythmia”, Natalya Meshchaninova began her new job as a scriptwriter and director at once – the series “Alice”, which will be shown by the video service Start.
Mom, played in the series Anna Mikhalkova, for many years hid from her daughter Alice that she would soon go blind. The girl learns about this by chance, she is fifteen years old, and she dreams of living to the fullest as long as possible. Mom does not understand what is happening with her daughter.
Natalia Meshchaninova offered this role to Anna Mikhalkova at the stage of writing the first chapters of the script.
“I called her, offering to read them: if the role is pleasant, if she feels the heroine, then I invite her without samples. I absolutely do not need to try Mikhalkova, because I know very well how she can play, ”Natalia Meshchaninova shared.
The series, which consists of eight episodes, also stars Liza Ishchenko, Taisiya Vilkova, Stepan Devonin, Mikhail Trukhin, Nadezhda Lumpova, Dmitry Lysenkov, Pavel Vorozhtsov, Polina Tsyganova and others.
