What is Anna Lipkovskaya known for?
Female was a famous theater critic, candidate of art history, assistant professor. Lipkovskaya worked in Kiev Institute of Contemporary Art, and taught students at the Department of Theater Studies Kiev National University of Theater, Film and Television named after Ivan Karpenko-Kary.
She was also the developer of the lecture notes for the course “Theory of Drama”, special training courses “Modern Theater Avant-garde”, “Comparative Analysis of Play and Performance”, “Drama Theater of Ukraine of the Newest Era (1986-2008)”.
For their activities Lipkovskaya was awarded the Prize for Theater Studies and Theater Criticism (2011).
Repeatedly journalist was a member of the jury of various theater festivals, was a member of the expert group of the Kiev Pectoral Theater Award, and from 2018 to 2020 – the head of the expert council of the All-Ukrainian Theater Festival-GRA Award.
The last years of her life Lipkovskaya was also engaged in teaching activities in Kiev Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Art.
