Anna Jurksztowicz and Krzesimir Dębski were married for 26 years, but their love lasted much longer, four decades. The couple has two adult children, Maria and Radzimir, who, like his father, is a composer.
Although for decades they were considered a harmonious marriage, at the end of 2021 it turned out that they had independently filed divorce petitions in court. The first petition was filed by Krzesimir Dębski, immediately followed by Anna Jurksztowicz. The couple is fighting for a verdict of guilt. Over the past three years, many witnesses have given testimony, including Joanna Kurowska, who was a friend of their home for years.

In August, the court decided that the former spouses should go to mediation. However, this did not bring any results. On September 6, Dębski and Jurksztowicz met in court again. The hearings ended, but the verdict was not issued. The court has two months to issue a verdict. What does Anna Jurksztowicz intend to do now? She will definitely not give up so easily. The singer still intends to prove her point.

After the hearing, Anna Jurksztowicz’s attorney revealed that the court had given the opportunity to file so-called procedural documents – a document containing motions and evidence, submitted to the court outside the courtroom (but still during the proceedings). The singer is ready to do so, and the document is already waiting in her attorney’s briefcase.
– We are waiting for the verdict to be issued. The court will decide this in a closed session. Until there is a verdict, the case is not over – attorney Marcin Muśnicki told “Fakt”. – The court gave us time to file documents, and then it will issue a verdict in a closed session or if it changes its mind, it will continue the case. The court has full power here – he added.
– Will you file such a letter? – the reporter from “Fakt” asked Anna Jurksztowicz and her attorney. – We will definitely file it, because we are already prepared to file it. I thought that the court would allow it today, so I would take it out of the file, because we already have the letter written – summed up attorney Maciej Muśnicki.
