Director of PT Transwisata Prima Aviation, Rustam Suhanda, confirmed Anita Kolopaking rented his plane to pick up Djoko Tjandra in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. Rustam said the plane rental price was Rp 350 million full trip.
“The charter price is IDR 350 million full trip June 6-8 (2020), “said Rustam Suhanda when testifying at the trial of Djoko Tjandra’s fake passport at the East Jakarta District Court (PN), Friday (6/11/2020).
He said Anita immediately contacted him by telephone for the charter purposes of the plane. Anita chartered a plane for the Jakarta-Pontianak route.
“On 6-8 (June) chartered by Anita. The route, Jakarta Halim, Pontianak, returns to Halim. Likewise, on the 8th, Halim, Pontianak, returns to Halim,” he said.
Rustam explained that his party indeed required Anita to complete the flight requirements, namely a letter of assignment, medical certificate, and a certificate of being free from COVID-19. He said Anita had completed the requirements when she flew from Jakarta to Pontianak.
“On June 6, there were 3 people from Halim to Pontianak. We have accepted the conditions,” he said.
Rustam said the 3 people who flew from Jakarta to Pontianak were Brigadier General Prasetijo, Anita Kolopaking, and Jhony Andrijanto. Rustam admitted that he had also met the three people.
“There were 3 people, Anita and Prasetijo and Jhony. Had a chance to meet, didn’t talk much,” he said.
Previously, the incident of Brigadier General Prasetijo participating in picking up Djoko Tjandra in Pontianak was revealed during the reading of the indictment on Tuesday (13/10/2020). Djoko Tjandra’s pickup to Pontianak began when Anita met Brigadier General with Prasetijo.
The meeting was to discuss Djoko Tjandra’s return to Indonesia to submit a request for reconsideration (PK) of his case to the South Jakarta District Court. Because, in the PK request, Djoko Tjandra was obliged to appear directly at the court.
