At that time, Anita Hara reported a case of domestic violence to the police, although there was no progress regarding the report.
“I am a victim of domestic violence,” said Anita Hara at Polda Metro Jaya, Semanggi, South Jakarta, Thursday (25/5/2023).

Even though she had reported it to the authorities, Anita Hara felt that she was not protected until she was reported back by the man who is now her ex-husband.
At that time, Anita Hara’s father was actually named a suspect on the report of her ex-husband.
“I did not get justice because my father became a suspect,” said Anita Hara.

Anita Hara, who is now 43 years old, feels hurt, ashamed and sad.
As a victim of domestic violence, Anita Hara feels she has not received justice.
“The domestic violence case that I reported was finally stopped,” said Anita Hara.

At that time, Anita Hara, together with soap opera actors Tessa Kaunang and Cornelia Agatha, came to Polda Metro Jaya to provide support to victims of domestic violence.
They questioned the seriousness of the police in resolving domestic violence cases.
Tessa Kaunang hopes that reports regarding domestic violence cases will be followed up by the police.

“I have been a victim of domestic violence and I provide support for them,” said Tessa Kaunang.
“It’s not good, you know, to receive domestic violence from a partner,” he continued.
According to him, victims of domestic violence deserve justice.

Anita Hara also provides support for victims of domestic violence because they have also received this bitter incident.
“I used to be a victim, uh, my father became a suspect for defending me after being reported by my ex-spouse,” said Anita Hara.
They hope that the report on cases of domestic violence will be followed up by the police until it reaches the court.
