On the spot, the agents learned that it was a bitch named Blanco. She had deep lacerations and was whimpering miserably, according to veterinarian Dr. Sara Chapman at the news channel. “Blanco’s upper layers of skin were missing in several areas of his body.” Clearly, the animal had not received medical attention after the horrific accident. Arellano’s ruthless explanation: he couldn’t afford it. According to him, Blanco has only a few scratches.

Tied to the car on purpose, he didn’t even have a dog. Instead, he carried his bitch on the back of his pickup and attacked her with only the leash. While driving, Blanco must have slipped out of the loading area and fallen onto the asphalt. If the witnesses hadn’t stopped the owner at the traffic lights, the animal would have been dragged longer.

“After all, she may have died from it. We are very grateful that the public brought this to our attention,” David Walesky, director of Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control, told CBS 12. Meanwhile, Banco has recovered somewhat from the terrible accident.

The good news: Blanco never has to go back to its brutal owner. He was arrested for animal cruelty and the bail was set at $ 3,000.
