However, you will be ready to meet Tom Nook and his friends before anyone else. Indeed, according to Nintendo UK, pre-ordering Animal Crossing: New Horizons on the Nintendo eShop will unlock the full copy of the game at midnight. It will therefore be possible to play the game on the night of March 19 to 20, 2020.
