Today is May 18th International Museum Day. This holiday has been around since 1978 and is intended to draw attention to the importance of museums. This day is also celebrated in the new Animal Crossing New Horizons. Most of them will surely have heard of Melinda, Eugen came up with something very special for the Museum Day.
Stamp hunt in the museum
Sure, an island museum is of course of great importance. Head Eugen wants to bring this closer to us today with a small collection campaign. From today May 18 to May 31, it will be possible to experience a very special stamp hunt in the museum. For example, today we had the following stations stamped on the stamp cards.
Fish exhibition:
Insect exhibition:
- Butterfly garden
- Sonnenblick path
- Palmeneck
Fossil exhibition:
- Extinct
- Pterosaurs
- Vertebrates
The stamp stations are individual, for example there are stamps such as Schattiger Weg, Dragonfly Bridge, Giant Tree, etc.
We don’t want to tell you everything, of course, but we still have a little tip for you: The names of the stamp stations give you information about where they can be found.

Wall decoration reward from Eugene
Of course, the search should not have been completely in vain, Eugen has a little surprise for you for each of the successfully stamped cards. You can get insect, fish and fossil wall decorations for your home.
