Anima Holding remains the best at MidCap. Here’s the reason

Very positive day for Anima Holding at MidCap. At 16.50 the title recorded a 2.67% progress at 4.154 euros, after fluctuating between a minimum of 4.136 euros and a maximum of 4.368 euros. High volumes: Over 38 million shares had changed hands at the same time.

Mediobanca, acting as intermediary on behalf of FSI Holding 2, communicated that it has completed the purchase of 24,979,358 ordinary shares of the company, equal to approximately 7.2% of the capital, through a reverse accelerated bookbuilding procedure. The consideration for the purchase of the shares is equal to 4.35 euro per share, for a total outlay of approximately 108.7 million euro. The price offered represents a premium of 7.5% compared to the closing value of Anima Holding in the session of 14 February 2023 (4.046 euro).
