This was revealed by the executive director of Indonesian Political Parameters (PPI) Adi Prayitno. He said Anies’ relationship with AHY and Aher was like being involved in a love triangle.
“AHY and Aher both had hope. When Anies met AHY, they both claimed to have the same chemistry and compatibility. When Anies met Aher, they also exchanged rhymes. It was very obvious that the three were involved in a love triangle. “They were both struggling to be Anies’ partners. Adi said this condition would make Anies go wrong. According to him, if Anies chooses AHY, maybe PKS won’t accept it, but when Anies chooses Aher, the Democratic Party will be disappointed.
“This is a complicated question. Anies may not choose both and choose an alternative figure to avoid a political stalemate. The problem is, if you choose another figure, are PKS and Democrats sincere? No answer has been given so far,” he said. said .
Furthermore, Adi said the question of the vice-presidential candidate who made the plan for the declaration of the NasDem, PKS and Democrats coalition on November 10 was still unclear. Furthermore, he said, PKS later appeared to reject it because it was suspected that there had been no internal resolution of the three parties.
“Also, the question of a different declaration model between NasDem and Democrats has begun to circulate. The information is that NasDem proposes a joint declaration of 3 parties without having to have a candidate for vice president. On the other hand, the Democrats offer a joint statement by 3 parties that they must have a definitive vice-presidential candidate accompanying Anies, “he said.
“It seems the Democrats are still traumatized by the 2019 election experience, which he hopes Prabowo can coexist with AHY. But in reality, after the Democrats expressed their support, Prabowo instead chose Sandi as a tandem in the running for the presidential elections, “he added.
Adi understands whether the Democrats and the PKS are fighting for the vice-presidential candidate to accompany Anies. There are two reasons why PKS and Democrats are fighting for their cadres to become Anies vice-presidential candidates in the 2024 presidential election.
First, PKS and Democrats want to get the tail effect because the elections are held at the same time. Second, PKS and Democrats want to create a safety valve so their constituents don’t migrate to NasDem.
“There is a trend, some of the Anies voters who went to PKS are slowly starting to move to NasDem. Likewise, a small part of the democratic elections are divided into NasDem,” Adi added.
