Spokesperson for the Winning National Team Anies-Muhaimin (AMEN), Angga Putra Fidrian denied the former spokesman’s statement Anies-Sandiaga Uno in the 2017 DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Election, Anggawira accused Anies of often placing people in the alias ‘ordal’ in the Governor’s Team for the Acceleration of Development (TGUPP).
Angga emphasized that TGUPP members were not entrusted by Anies and took part in an open selection or open recruitment.
“Of course [bukan Ordal], that’s why there is a panel. If you want to enter BUMD in Jakarta, there is a panel, through selection too. At TGUPP the entry is also late open recruitment,” said Angga at the AMIN National Team Winning House, Menteng, Jakarta, Monday (18/12).
Angga said several TGUPP members were selected because they had special competencies to formulate various Anies programs while in Jakarta.
“If the person who formulated JakLingko continues to include people who don’t understand JakLingko, that’s impossible. From that alone, it doesn’t make sense. But because he has the competence, he has the capability, he can join in,” he said.
Angga believes that the ‘insider’ problem that Anies touched on in the first debate is now trying to be shifted. According to him, Anies revealed this problem to show the parties who influence state policy.
“There is a chairman of the Constitutional Court who has been proven to have violated ethics, he is an insider because he is his brother-in-law. Then there is his connection to the vice presidential candidate, the mayor of Medan and Solo. What we see is nepotism in that part,” he said.
On the other hand, Angga believes that the existence of TGUPP is normal in forming a government. TGUPP is similar to UKP4, KSP and the Development Acceleration Team in West Java.
“In fact, this is a practice that all regional governments or governments must have because there are people who have the ability to translate,” he said.
Previously, quoted by detikcom, former spokesperson for Anies-Sandi during the 2017 DKI Jakarta gubernatorial election, Anggawira accused several agencies in DKI Jakarta of being filled with insiders when Anies was governor.
He cited the presence of Anies insiders in the Governor’s Team for the Acceleration of Development (TGUPP) and a number of BUMDs.
As a former spokesperson for Anies-Sandi in the 2017 DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Election, Anggawira admitted that he understood and saw that what Anies said in the first presidential candidate debate was not appropriate.
“In fact, it’s not just at TGUPP because in determining the commissioners at BUMD (Regional-Owned Enterprises) there are insiders and team members who come in,” explained Anggawira in his statement, Saturday (16/12).
