TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The Anies-Muhaimin team discovered an anomaly in the change in votes in the General Election Commission’s real count or KPU. Deputy for Inter-Institutional Relations for the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar National Winning Team or Amin National Team, Putra Jaya Husain, said that as many as 3.4 million Anies-Muhaimin votes were lost within half an hour.
KPU data on Thursday, February 15 2024 at 19.00 WIB, the votes for Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar had reached 13,243,659 votes or 31.97 percent. Meanwhile, Prabowo-Gibran got 21,363,432 votes or 51.63 percent and Ganjar-Mahfud with 6,765,067 votes or 16.4 percent. However, in just half an hour, Anies-Muhaimin’s vote was lost by 3.4 million votes.
“An anomaly occurred, in a short time, candidate pair 01’s voice disappeared. This is an indication that it was deleted there,” said Putra Jaya during a press conference at Brawijaya X, South Jakarta. Friday, February 16 2024.
According to Putra, when the team checked again at 19.30 WIB, the data had changed. The time difference is 30 minutes 1 second. Anies-Muhaimin’s votes decreased by 3,411,645 to 9,823,013 or 25.59 percent. Meanwhile, Prabowo-Gibran’s votes increased to 316,278 votes, namely 21,708,715 or an increase to 56.51 percent. And Ganjar-Mahfud increased by 78,995 votes to 6,874,062 or an increase of 17.18 percent.
Putra said that currently the incoming data, namely the C1 form photo, will be automatically read in the KPU system and converted into numbers using Optical Character Regonize or OCR.

“From a picture or photo is entered, then the application reads the picture into a number. This means that there are two processes, if the first one is manually pressing the number directly, a pair of one, a pair of two, now C1 is the result that is shown, then C1 is read by the machine until it becomes figure,” he said.
Putra said he had no intention of accusing anyone of this irregularity. The reason for the change in Anies-Muhaimin’s vote, he said, is that it is not yet known whether the vote was deleted by an official KPU officer or by another party who was able to break through the KPU’s IT system.
According to Putra, this will continue to be a question mark in society when the KPU does not provide official and clear information.
“Of course we have to get information from the KPU and we are willing to carry out forensics. It would be better if the IT team for the three candidate pairs came to the KPU, they (KPU) opened the system, forensics together, so that the KPU IT system is trusted by the public,” said Putra.
He said that the KPU must be able to prove the truth behind the reduction in Anies-Muhaimin’s votes by a significant amount. “If this person can reduce the votes 01, 02, 03, he can definitely increase them. It’s impossible to recap the votes reduced, what should happen is increase,” he said.
