DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan filed an appeal against the decision of the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) regarding the Dredging of Mampang River, Central Jakarta. Then, how? Plaintiff’s Response?

The Jakarta Administrative Court previously sentenced DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan to dredge the Mampang River. Anies was sued by a number of residents for dredging rivers at several points in Jakarta.

Declared the Defendant’s action was cancelled in the form of incomplete dredging of the Mampang River to the Pondok Jaya area; and no river sheet pile construction in the Pela Mampang village. Requires the Defendant to complete the dredging of Mampang River to the Pondok Jaya area “Processing the construction of river sheet piles in the Pela Mampang village,” said the assembly.

The decision was made by the chairman of the assembly, Sahibur Rasid, with members Pengki Nurpanji and Sudarsono.
