SuaraJakarta.id – Syarifah’s wedding Najwa Shihab, the daughter of the Front Pembela Islam (FPI), Rizieq Shihab who will be held tomorrow Saturday (11/14/2020) at her residence, Petamburan, Central Jakarta, is in the spotlight. Even the governor Anies Baswedan reportedly will be a witness at the marriage contract.
However, Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria stated that he would not attend the wedding ceremony. Even though a number of capital city and national figures are expected to come to congratulate him.
“No, I didn’t come,” said Riza at the City Hall of DKI Jakarta, Friday (11/13/2020).
Riza did not explain further about the reason for not coming to the wedding ceremony. In fact, he also admitted that he did not know Anies would be a witness to the marriage.
“I don’t know (Anies is a witness),” he concluded.
Anies Baswedan has been invited to the wedding ceremony of the daughter of Front Pembela Islam (FPI) Rizieq Shihab, whose name is Syarifah Najwa Shihab. In fact, Anies plans to become a witness during the marriage contract.
This is known from the notification of the wedding ceremony that will be held at Rizieq’s residence in Petamburan Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Saturday (11/13/2020).
In the notification received by Suara.com, FPI will hold the birthday of the Prophet on the same day. After that, it was followed by Syarifah’s marriage contract with his groom named Irfan Alaydrus at 19.30 WIB.
The event is expected to be attended by several well-known ustaz, starting from the General Chairman of FPI Sobri Lubis, Syeikh Ali Jaber to Abdul Somad. Then in the closing section, it was written that Anies would be a witness to the marriage.
