Presidential candidate Anies Baswedan expressed gratitude after holding a ticket to compete in the 2024 presidential election. Anies got a ticket for the 2024 presidential election after the presidential threshold of 20% was met.
“Thank you for the trust you have placed,” said Anies Baswedan on his official Instagram, Tuesday (31/1/2023).
Anies brought up PKS’s support for his nomination last night. Anies thanked PKS, NasDem and Democrats for being his political vehicles for 2024.
“After the statement of support from the Prosperous Justice Party on January 30, 2023 yesterday, the declaration by the Nasdem Party on October 3, 2022, and the Democratic Party’s support on January 26, 2023, the presidential threshold of 20% has been met,” said Anies.
Anies promised to carry out the mandate of the three parties as well as possible.
“We express our gratitude and gratitude for the support from the Nasdem Party, the Democratic Party and the Prosperous Justice Party as carriers. God willing, we will carry out this mandate as well as we can, for Indonesia,” Anies said.
The signing of the official decision will be carried out by the three political parties to support it Anies Baswedan. At least, of these three political parties, Anies has held more than a threshold coalition.
“All that remains, of course, will be the formalities of the three general chairmen to sign a joint decision formalizing Mr. Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate supported by the three parties, which if cumulative for the presidential threshold has already exceeded 20% or if I’m not mistaken it’s already 28%,” PD Secretary General Teuku Riefky said at a press conference in Jakarta, Monday (30/1).
