KARANGANYAR, KOMPAS.com – Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo angry when he learned about the construction conditions of a high school in Tawangmangu, Karanganyar randomly made.

This happened when Ganjar carried out a sudden inspection (sidak) of the construction of SMAN Tawangmangu, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, Sunday (30/1/2022).

Arriving at the location, Ganjar Pranowo was surprised to see that the condition of the building construction seemed to have been carried out in a makeshift manner.

Such as the discovery of rusty stair railings, imperfect welding, cracked floors and walls, and untidy pasted bricks.

The wall is broken when kicked

Ganjar even proved it by trying to kick the wall.

It turned out that the wall was immediately damaged when tested.

After being examined by Ganjar, the wall appeared to be a fake wall made of hardboard.

Knowing this, Ganjar immediately called the project foreman at SMAN Tawangmangu.

“What’s going on, bro? Don’t play games, now call your boss, I want to talk,” said Ganjar to the foreman.

The foreman then contacted a person named Heri who he called the project contractor leader at SMAN Tawangmangu.

The phone was then given to Ganjar who immediately spoke in a high tone.

“Do you remember what I said before, keep your integrity and quality, don’t be corrupt, now your job is like this. Do you want me to take it to the prosecutor’s office?,” said Ganjar.

At the end of the inspection, Ganjar Pranowo asked that the project implementation be improved immediately.

He also reminded the contractor that there is a maintenance period of six months to improve the quality of the building.

If it is not repaired, Ganjar said, he will not accept the results of the work.

“If it’s not good like this, I’ll return it and I’ll file a lawsuit. So if you want to play with me, I’ll question this,” he said.

According to Ganjar, the SMA is the first public high school in Tawangmangu.

The people of Tawangmangu have been waiting for his existence for a very long time. He did not want the wait to end in disappointment because of the poor quality of the building.

“The finished project is still a mess, the nails are messy, the top is not neat. I called the contractor, I said it was repaired or I refused. Tomorrow I will send a technical team with the architect here, I want all ngecek before handing over. I don’t want anyone playing games for school,” he concluded.
