The bells of Angoulême cathedral rang every 15 minutes from 7:15 to 21:45.
A woman who lives nearby has sent several complaint emails. Therefore, the cathedral was summoned reduce the frequency of the ringtones.
However, some local residents regret this decision:
“when I’m distracted or lying in bed, it reminds me that time is running out.”
