Historical comic strip, it deals with the first French Resistance network, that of the Musée de l’homme, from its creation in 1940 to its dismantling by the occupier two years later. Major album by its narrative course, work of treatment of the sources and visuals with contrasting colors, it is an object which, as we had written, largely deserves its place in the prize list.

beast of audacity

- A Familiar Face – Par Michael DeForge – Attractive

The Beast of Audacity returns to A Familiar Face of Michel Deforge, at Atrabile. Audacious, to say the least. The Canadian author immerses us here in a decadent universe with an acid palette. Disturbing dystopia, Michel Deforge creates a futuristic world where a dictatorship of technology is enthroned: roads, cities, inhabitants, are regularly “updated” and change shape and place in an absolute loss of control.
