Anglet and Amiens are the first two qualified for the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France. But it was hard for the Basques and Picards. Anglet needed extra time to get rid of second division resident Cholet (3-2).
Amiens had to work until the penalties to reach the quarter-finals, against Épinal, also resident in the second division (2-2, 2-1 on penalties).
Both teams head for the quarter-finals. Anglet will face Bordeaux or Angers, Rouen or Cergy-Pontoise for Amiens.
