Creator of a tool for managing and assigning personnel during events, Vorg.fr is launching its first recruitments. Sales advisor positions are available to support the development of this start-up in Verrières-en-Anjou, on the outskirts of Angers. Structured around three partners, it aims to have a workforce of six employees by the end of the year, then 15 people within three years. Objective for the young Angevin company, to support 500 customers this year with its service.
Founded in 2019, Vorg.fr has designed a platform allowing event organizers to ensure the relationship with volunteers, from planning to taking up their position. “There was no global and flexible solution on the market for managing volunteers. However, it is from their good assignment and their satisfaction that the success of an event stems”, emphasizes Marie-Laure Bioteau, co-founder of Vorg.fr.
The start-up thus offers a tool allowing during an event to supervise personnel resources, to ensure their proper allocation, to communicate with them by e-mailing and sending SMS, or even to edit mission sheets. individual.
Associations and companies
In 2022, Vorg.fr thus supported 120 structures, in France and Switzerland, in the organization of 215 events. Predominantly sporting and cultural, these events mobilized 50 to 2,000 volunteers. Among the customers, 15% of companies. “Initially, we targeted associations. We were quickly approached by event companies that have similar personnel management issues,” adds Marie-Laure Bioteau.
The young shoot also accompanied two vaccination centers, in Besançon and Chinon, during the health crisis. Reimbursing itself from the sale of subscriptions, Vorg.fr thus projects a turnover of 250,000 euros at the end of the 2023 financial year.
