Angers. Early childhood stakeholders are mobilizing against a law modifying childcare by

Demonstrations by early childhood professionals will flourish in a few cities in France on Tuesday, March 30. And for good reason, the national collective No babies at the locker calls for a strike against the reform of Adrien Taquet’s law on childcare methods. AT Angers, the meeting is given in front of the prefecture.

Six babies per adult instead of five

This law provides “The possibility of accommodating six babies per adult in a crèche, instead of five today, of accommodating 15% more children in the structures, reduced reception spaces in the most densely populated areas, where space is lacking for all, confinement on all floors ”, as the CFDT reports.

On February 2, professionals in the sector had already rallied against this same reform but the mobilization had not been followed in the city of King René.

Convenient : Tuesday March 30, at 11 am, in front of the Angers prefecture.
