French football club Nice filed a complaint after an amateur pornographic film was filmed inside its Allianz Riviera stadium during its match against Lille in the French Football League late last month, according to what Agence France-Presse learned from the police and the club, on Wednesday.
Another complaint, for the same facts, was filed by the operator of the Nice stadium and a third was filed by the Nice-Côte d’Azur airport, over a separate pornographic video clip several months old by a young woman.
“A complaint was filed by Nice Club after a pornographic video clip that was filmed in the stadium,” the source said, without specifying the reason for this complaint.
According to a source close to the club, this clip was filmed, in the toilets of the Allianz Riviera stadium on January 29 during the match which Nice won 1-0.
According to the same source, the actress in the film says that the scene takes place during a Nice match.
In response to an inquiry from AFP to comment on this incident, Nice said, “A defamation lawsuit was filed by the Nice club due to the publication of a pornographic video on the stadium.”
As for the stadium operator, the “Nice Echo Stadium” company, a spokesman for it announced that it “filed a complaint because the image of the stadium was linked to pornographic activity.”
Another complaint was filed, by an official at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, for “damage to the airport brand”.
The complaint relates to another undated pornographic video that appears to have been filmed months earlier, by the same young woman, but this time inside the airport.
“We have just transferred all the elements to the judicial police,” an airport spokesman told AFP.
“We don’t want to turn a blind eye to what happened and we don’t hope it will happen again,” he added.
The video clip shows a young woman approaching several men inside the airport and offering them to have sex with her.
The video ends with sexual practices between a young woman and a young man in children’s toilets.
According to the newspaper “20 Minutes”, this video was published more than a year ago and has nearly 380,000 views on the porn content platform.
The police indicated that an investigation would be opened, without specifying the interest to be entrusted to it.
