The brothers had a meeting with the prime minister George and Panagiotis Angelopoulosregarding its exploitation Stadium of Peace and Friendship from the Olympic. The owners of the “red and white” KAE spoke about the possibility of a multi-year concession of the SEF to the Piraeus team, in the same vein as the similar lucrative agreement signed by the State with Panathinaikos for the OAKA.
The Angelopoulos brothers addressed the burning issue twice during the summer: both at its official presentation Sasha Vezenkovas well as in its presentation Evan Fournierstating among other things that the relevant discussions have been going on for over three years without any progress.
No details of today’s consultation have been leaked.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of State, Akis Schertzthe Deputy Minister of Education, Religion and Sports, responsible for Sports matters, Yannis Vroutsisthe Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister, George Mylonakisthe General Secretary of Sports, George Mavrotas and the General Secretary to the Prime Minister, Stelios Koutnatzis.
