Abstract

The title of this research work is “WORK CLIMATE IN MICRO AND SMALL COMPANIES OF THE AESTHETICS RANGE: AESTHETIC CASE ANGELA OF THE AYACUCHO DISTRICT, 2020”; For this research, the following general problem has been identified: What are the characteristics of the Labor Climate in Micro and Small Companies of the aesthetic category: Angela aesthetic case of the Ayacucho District, 2020? The type of research was considered applied with a quantitative approach, the research level is descriptive, with a non-experimental design, in order to collect information, the 08 aesthetic workers were considered, the same ones that were considered 100% for the samples of the workers, the technique used was the survey, the instrument was the 21-question questionnaire, the analysis plan was through the Excel program. Obtaining the following results: 62.50% stated that in the Angela aesthetic company there is almost never the presence of a leader; 62.50% stated that it almost never gives them any motivation; 75.00% stated that the company almost never provides them with modern and adequate technology to carry out their activities; 87.50% stated that they sometimes receive a present on important dates; 75.00% stated that they almost never practice values ​​such as transparency, punctuality, honesty It was concluded that the work environment in Angela’s aesthetics is not favorable since they do not have leadership, they do not have modern technology, there is no recognition for the workers and they do not practice values ​​in aesthetics Angela
