Ángel Cristo gives all the details: this is how Bárbara Rey planned the photos to blackmail the King

But in the second round of confessions, Ángel explains in meticulous detail how the homemade operation was conceived to supposedly photograph the King Juan Carlos with his mother. A very studied plan, which he has narrated step by step.

“My mother makes the decision to take some photos of the King. Somehow, she He gets me to take the photos, he makes me understand that it is a very dangerous material.which cannot circulate or be in anyone’s hands,” he begins to explain why he felt pressured to please his mother: “Just like she asked me at 10 years old to be a man, At 12 I had to be a man and that’s it.”. Thus, he explains how he learned to use the camera that Chelo García Cortés had given him and taught him to use. Also the art of photo development and how to take the best angle to obtain the perfect image.

“I wanted to film him having sexual relations in his room, but also eating”, because it showed an everyday situation. In addition, there were “portable voice recorders with sensitive microphones to pick up the voice well.” Then a series of cameras in the dining room and especially in the double room: “You could tell what was happening in bed”. He just took the photographs. “My fear is that the King could realize that he was taking photos of him, because he looked at the camera a lot,” he adds.

Remember that day “I was very scared”, because “you don’t know who accompanies him because the King never came alone” and because “the monarchy gave respect and I tried to do my best to help my mother. You think that with those photos your mother is going to get a job.” Even so, he fulfilled the objective set and planned in detail by his mother: “I take all the photos I can, all the film I can.” Afterwards, he ran to hide at the house of his neighbor and friend Jenny Llada, with whom he said he agreed to leave the garden door open. She denies knowing that maneuver on set. Everything had happened, so he relaxed on the couch and started to “watching Knights of the Zodiac, it was my favorite series”.

Bárbara Rey’s son has also detailed that “some cameras are hidden in the room, another in the dining room… I spend about two hours taking intimate photos. Between 25 and 30 million pesetas and a program on TVE are given to my mother. At that moment you are very afraid. A child does not have to see his mother naked with another man at any time,” he recalls an episode that has remained etched in his memory. Ángel Cristo affirms that he took photos, but also that they were taken “videos and recordings”. Of course, he qualifies the urban legend that cameras were installed from the spy’s professional shop: “It’s not true. A camera is hidden in the room, another in the dining room with a cable to a VHS video. The quality of the image was very bad, but you could distinguish what was being done in bed,” he confesses with a serious smile, reproducing the image in his memory.
