Here is the coach who takes over from Kim Hellberg in IFK Värnamo.
According to Sportbladet’s information, it will be Anes Mravac who will be presented as the new head coach at the club.
If nothing unforeseen happens, it is expected to become official within the next few weeks.
It was almost exactly a year ago that IFK Värnamo brought in Anes Mravac as assistant coach to Kim Hellberg. The duo already knew each other at IFK Norrköping, where Mravac worked for nearly seven years.
– Anes comes in and further spices up the business with expertise. It is a football coach who rhymes well with the club’s identity and it is also a coach who has a very deep knowledge in the field of football physics.
– We are of course very happy to get Anes here and I am completely convinced that he will fit in well at IFK Värnamo both as a person and as a coach, said sports director Enes Ahmetovic when Mravac joined last winter.

“Had an open dialogue”
Sportbladet has previously revealed that Kim Hellberg will leave IFK Värnamo when his contract with the club expires at the end of the season and that he is current as head coach for Hammarby. He himself confirmed that he is leaving Värnamo after the last match against AIK on Sunday.
– I have been in contact with Enes Ahmetovic (the sporting director in Värnamo) and have had an open dialogue the whole time. And now we have finished playing and there are many indications that someone else will lead IFK Värnamo next year, says Hellberg.
According to Sportbladet’s information, it is now also clear who will be the new head coach. It will be Anes Mravac who will take over from Hellberg, something that is expected to become official within a week or so. Mravac’s philosophy fits well with Hellberg’s way of working and IFK Värnamo believes that Mravac can build on what Hellberg has started at the club.
