When Andy Kunz wakes up, he hears the waves of the sea rushing. The Amriswiler emigrated to the Philippines twelve years ago. He recently relocated from the densely populated city of Manila to Baler, a coastal town 230 kilometers from the capital. The circumstances that led to this were difficult. In the screenplay for his personal story, there is a low point before the provisional happy ending. He says: “It all collapsed.”
