Andrzej Urny was born on November 30, 1957. He started his career at the Kwadraty club in Katowice. In the late 1970s, he played with Jan Janowski in a blues band Irjan. The beginning of the 1980s came with his performances in the group jam. He performed in this famous blues group in the years 1980-1981, but this short period was enough for him to become a co-composer of the group’s greatest hits – “Whisky” and “Paw”.
