Andrzej Jaworski is the new president of VRG

Vistula Retail Group, which includes brands such as Vistula, Wólczanka or W. Kruk, has a new president of the board. It was Andrzej Jaworski, a former PiS MP who was suspended as a party member in 2018.

Supervisory board of VRG dismissed on Monday, July 13, from the board of President Michał Wójcik and Vice President Mateusz Żmijewski. Andrzej Jaworski became the new president and Radosław Jakociuk became the vice president. The company also stated that Ernest Podgórski was delegated to temporarily perform the function of vice president from the supervisory board. Erwin Bakalarz remained on the board.

Changes in VRG

Michał Wójcik was CEO of VRG from May 2020, earlier from November 2018 he was the vice president of the company.

Andrzej Jaworski was previously among others member of the board of the National Sugar Company (2017-2018) and member of the management board of PZU (2016-2017) i President of Gdynia Shipyard (2006-2008). Jaworski was also MP in the Sejm of the VI, VII and VIII term of office.

Radosław Jakociuk has been the president of W. Kruk, a subsidiary of VRG, since 2014.
