Cocktail master and long-term owner of “Balzambara” Andris Rozenbergs has announced that he is leaving the bar.
On the social network Facebook, Rosenberg writes that even though he leaves Balsam, it will continue his work.
“I want to officially tell you that I will no longer be in Balzambara!
Thank you to everyone who has visited and supported me over the years. This place will always be in my heart! In “Balzambara” I learned how to run a company, how to fight for existence, how to win in the corridors of bureaucracy, how to become a World Champion!

Rosenberg does not talk more about his future plans, only said on the microblogging site Twitter that “I won’t be behind the bar counter yet, I have to rest a bit, because it’s been 20 years behind the counter!”.
As previously reported, since March, when a state of emergency was introduced in Latvia due to the coronavirus Covid-19, many companies had to suspend their operations. Among them was the “Balsam Bar” in Old Riga, which had temporarily closed its doors to visitors.
