As became known Sport.ua, the only candidate for election to the post of UAF President Andrei Shevchenko is inclined to believe that he will have no more than two first vice-presidents and three vice-presidents. For now, he is still deciding who, after his election, he will recommend for these positions.

As for the position of General Secretary of the UAF, according to the source, among the main contenders are Igor Grishchenko, who was appointed acting General Secretary of the UAF in November 2023 by the UAF Executive Committee, and Vladimir Geninson, who until recently was the vice-president of FC Chernomorets.
The Extraordinary Congress of the UAF will take place in Kyiv on January 25.
