Andreea Constantinescu is 30 years old and has been a teacher for three years
We have 10 students at the national exams, we also have 10 teachers at tenure. Seven in number, following the results shown yesterday. Andreea Constantinescu is one of these teachers. He is 30 years old, he is a pre-school teacher, and he got a “clean” 10 in the tenure exam. He says that his experience at the department and his love for children contributed a lot to achieving this result.
Andreea has been teaching for 3 years. She tells that since she was little she wanted to enter education.
He finished the courses at the “Al.I. Cuza” National College in Ploiești, and then went to UPG, where he attended the courses of the Faculty of Letters and Sciences, specializing in Pedagogy of primary and preschool education. She also has a master’s degree in the field and for three years she has been the “kindergarten mother” for 23 children from the kindergarten belonging to the “Mihai Viteazul” Secondary School in Boldești Scaeni.

Including his two little girls, 4 and 6 years old, they are his conscientious students. About the tenure exam, Andreea says that “it was not a hard exam. I expected to get a good result and I was extremely happy when I saw that I got a 10. It is the satisfaction of my work during a whole school year. I supported the titularization in Romanian language and literature, preschool pedagogy and the method of carrying out instructional-educational activities in the kindergarten. This ten I got is another confirmation of the fact that this is my vocation. I was made to be at the chair”.

Regarding the exam results both in Prahova and at the national level, Andreea Constantinescu is of the opinion that it could have been much better. “Those grades of 1, 2 or 3 are not fair. There are probably people trying their luck in education for lack of options. I don’t do it for the love of it, I don’t feel like that’s what they’re meant to do, and unfortunately this was reflected in the grades they got”.
