As reported by Swiss Tennis, 37-year-old Andreas Blattner will take over the leadership of the popular sports department at Swiss Tennis on 1 March 2023.

The central board of Swiss Tennis has appointed Andreas Blattner as the new head of popular sports.
He succeeds Marcel Urquizo, who leaves the association at his request.
Blattner, who grew up bilingual, lives in Lausanne, where he also completed his “Master of Advanced Studies in Sport Administration and Technology” in 2018.
Andreas Blattner recently worked at Swiss Golf
More recently he worked as “Project Manager & Services Specialist” at Swiss Golf.
At Swiss Tennis, Andreas Blattner will be responsible, among other things, for completing the area strategy for mass sports and, after approval by the central board, will implement it together with the management.
