Frankfurt am Main/Tel Aviv – She commutes between Frankfurt am Main and Tel Aviv. Every Sunday she also delights us with the well-loved one ZDF television garden live from the Lerchenberg in Mainz. We are of course talking about Andrea “Kiwi” Kiewel (56). In a recent interview, the TV blonde gave some otherwise rare insights into her private life and details about her new boyfriend.

Andrea Kiewel has been the face of the ZDF television garden for many decades and enjoys nationwide fame with her TV show.
Very little has ever been known about her private life during all this time.
The whole of TV Germany is also groping in the dark with regard to her current life partner. “Kiwi” first made a statement about her new lover in the December 2020 issue of “Super Illu”.

At the time, she told Celebrity Magazine: “For the first time in my life, I can imagine starting the day and ending my life with a man.”
However, the moderator did not reveal the name of her partner at the time.
But: The cheerful nature only recently opened up in a current one “Super Illu”-Interview and chatted in detail about a difficult time in their loving partnership.

During the corona pandemic, people all over the world were struggling with the restrictions on their private lives. In many cases, friendships, relationships and often family life suffered as a result.
The consequences of the pandemic also nibbled heavily on the relationship between the ZDF icon and her lover. Because: Her boyfriend lives in Tel Aviv and the two had to have a long-distance relationship due to Covid-19, which was difficult for the delicate 56-year-old to bear.
Above all, the spatial separation caused “Kiwi” to create. Now she reveals how extreme her reaction was when she saw her boyfriend again after a little more than four months: “When the man picked me up from Tel Aviv airport after 130 days without a single kiss, I couldn’t stop crying.”

The blonde power woman still remembers this emotional moment today and will probably do so for a long time to come. “I was so exhausted from having patience and being alone until everything dissolved into tears of relief and millions of kisses,” says Andrea Kiewel, giving deep insights into her state of mind at the time.
The nice thing is: Due to the lifted travel restrictions, our “Kiwi” can finally see her dream man as often as she wants and frees us in the future with further grandiose consequences of the hustle and bustle of the stars and starlets on the Lerchenberg in Mainz.
