The president of Juventus Andrea Agnelli he will be part of the board of directors of the new Stellantis, the group that will be born from the merger between FCA and PSA Peugeot in the first quarter of 2021. In fact, in an official note the two car manufacturers have announced the new members which also sees the Juventus president as protagonist. FCA and its shareholder Exor have appointed 5 members and Groupe Psa and two of its main shareholders Epf / Ffp and BPIfrance have appointed 5 other members (including the independent senior director and the vice president). In addition to these, the board will also seat Carlos Tavares, current CEO of Pisa and future CEO of Stellantis.
