“If you actually dissect the situation and look at what actually happened: a relationship doesn’t work, I have a new girlfriend, period. For the rest, there is nothing wrong,” André told the Dutch 538 Morning Show on Friday. “I’m not bad for my ex, I’m good for my son. People make a really big thing out of it.”

“You can never do well as an artist,” André continues. If he doesn’t post on Instagram, the photographers will be in the bush in no time. “You don’t know what to do, so I thought: I’ll post that photo myself, because then they can go home too.”

Live together
André is now very happy with how his private life is going. He sees his son a few times a week, the contact with his ex Monique is good and he will soon be moving in with his new girlfriend Sarah. “I’m actually really happy,” said the singer.

He takes the ‘babble’ about his private life. “I love my life. I like everything about it. I’ve had a lot of people behind me for ten years and then it was all very positive. Yes, then you shouldn’t sit in a corner and whine if it is negative.”
