Dika entered high school at the Master School in 2009.
“In that year I was not an outstanding child academically. I entered the school because I was expelled from the previous school because I skipped school for months in 2008,” said Andika, when contacted. Kompas.com, Saturday (27/2/2021).
When Dika was expelled from school, his parents could no longer afford to send him to school because he had no money.
After leaving school, for 1 year Dika lived on the streets and became a busker, a merchant, and a manual laborer to survive.
In 2009, Dika found out about the Master School and studied there.
“I can study at Master for free so parents don’t have to be confused thinking about school fees like in formal schools,” said Dika.
Apart from the free schooling, Dika’s parents also hope that their children will be successful and successful one day.

According to Dika, the Master School changed many characters and mindset-her in seeing the world.
“I was taught about sincerity, struggle, and hard work,” explained Dika.
During his education at the Master School, Dika admitted that every morning he was a plastic mason at the Kemiri Market, Depok City.
In the afternoon, he also sells bread and cakes at school, and does not forget to study and organize.
“The best achievement during high school was when I was elected as the first Student Council Chairperson in the Master School and when I made it to the public campus in 2012 at the Jakarta State University,” said Dika.
Cost difficulties until finally entering PTN
In 2012, said Dika, he was accepted at the Jakarta State University (UNJ) campus.
However, at the same time, he almost failed to pass the registration stage because he did not have the money to pay the IDR 4 million entrance fee.
“At that time I was really living on the streets and my parents did not have the ability to pay it. So the Rp. 4 million is obviously very large and I don’t know where to get it,” said Dika.
At that time, Dika was interviewed by journalists Kompas.com, Indra Accountono, to report the problem.
Unexpectedly, the news, said Dika, received a positive response from the public.

“Every semester, I was always confused because I was afraid that I could not continue my studies because I had no money,” said Dika.
This cost issue was finally resolved in 2015 when Dika received a scholarship from Bidik Misi. He is no longer afraid of not being able to go to college because of cost issues.

Dika, who is currently the CEO of a company called Clorismen, did not immediately take the reins of leadership.
Clorismen was founded in 2016. Dika started as an employee in charge of performing packing product.
At that time, Dika also had not graduated from college.
“Incidentally in 2016 I was still in college and I tried to find additional income by becoming a mason packing in Clorismen, “said Dika.
Because at that time Clorismen was still at the pioneering stage, Dika also helped as customer service for product sales.
In the first year, Clorismen grew rapidly and the demand was even higher.
Clorismen is an original Indonesian brand that offers the first special male care products marketed exclusively via the internet.
“And in 2018, we opened up business opportunities where outsiders could partner with Clorismen to become distributors / resellers of our products in various regions,” said Dika.
“I am entrusted with being the Head of Business Development at Clorismen. Alhamdulillah, my strategy was successful. Clorismen turnover is growing day by day,” he said.
Exactly one year after that, or in 2019, Dika is trusted to fully hold the Clorismen business as CEO at Clorismen until now.
“Alhamdulillah, now Clorismen has more than 1000 sellers spread across Indonesia,” said Dika.
However, Dika was not satisfied quickly. According to him, what he got now was only the beginning of an achievement process.
Message for those of you who are struggling
Dika admitted that he is excited to invite and embrace young people wherever they are to reach their dreams.
“Because nothing is impossible if we continue to be consistent. This is my great vision and Clorismen to advance Indonesian youth in changing themselves and the spirit of building a business,” he explained.
Dika says, if today you live hard, hardship and far from fun, then you will have to work 10 times hard to get out of such a life.
“You cannot learn just to study, work is just work, effort is just business,” he said.
“Great people are not born from pleasure and comfort. They are formed by difficulties, challenges, and tears. Never give up,” said Andika.
