“Over the Atlantic” current Anders Öfvergård has a turbulent time behind him.
Now he talks about his return.
– I have studied myself, he says.
He got the lever from TV4 after trying to drive drunk and acting violently towards a female colleague. Shortly after the calabash, he was also convicted of a meat theft at ICA.
After the shaky time is Anders Öfvergård55, now back in the spotlight and current in the television programs “Renovation Dreams” and “Over the Atlantic” on Kanal 5 and Discovery +.
– I have sailed and been on the lake quite a lot, this is something that has been on my “bucket list”, says Öfvergård about his participation in the latter program.

“Have researched myself”
To recover from the turbulent times, Öfvergård says that he tried to take care of himself in the best possible way.
– Everyone goes through turbulent periods and life takes its course. I try to see it from the positive side, says Öfvergård and continues:
– I have taken care of myself. I have researched myself. I have also learned a lot from others.

He has left the scandals on TV4 and the verdict on meat theft behind him.
– I have never, and I have said that before too, had any intention in my entire life to steal. Then the district court does not share that view. But I get a sentence, it’s petty theft and I feel that: pay the sentence, move on, he has previously said.

The visit to Bara vara
Meditation and walking are part of Öfvergård’s new routines. He has also visited the rewritten course Just be as praised and defended by Bianca Ingrosso29, and Samir Badran33.
– I think it was absolutely wonderful, he says.
What do you think about the criticism that has been against Bara vara?
– I think it is completely unjustified. What I took with me from there is a lot about daring to listen to myself. I think it’s fantastic.
“Over the Atlantic” premieres Tuesday, February 6, 9 p.m. on Kanal 5 and discovery+. “Renovation dreams” premieres Wednesday, February 7 at 8 p.m. on Kanal 5 and discovery+.
