Spain continues to exceed vaccination milestones after exceeding 70% of immunized against COVID. However, it does so in a different way according to the communities.
Melilla is the region with the lowest percentage of vaccinated with the complete regimen, below 60% of its population. It is followed by Ceuta, the Balearic Islands, Madrid and Catalonia, which do not reach 70%. On the other hand, the majority do surpass it: with Extremadura and Galicia in the lead. Only Asturias has reached 80% immunized, and in some of its councils even 90%.
Encouraging data that explain that the incidence in Spain has plummeted below 200 points, a fact that we had not seen since the beginning of July. Hospital pressure also continues to decline, as does ICU admissions.
Faced with this hopeful horizon, many communities choose to rethink their restrictions. This is the case of Andalusia, which will allow the opening of the bars until 2:00 and nightlife until 3:30 hours in the municipalities with the lowest incidence.
Indoor celebrations will have a maximum of 250 attendees and in bullfighting shows the capacity will be 75%.
In Asturias, which will announce measures next week, they discard the opening of bars, although they bet on the reopening of nightlife until 3:00 a.m. Something that they demand from the Leisure Federation of the Valencian Community, although there they will have to wait.
Murcia is in the same restrictive line, where the sector claims to have closed almost 30% of nightlife venues. Meanwhile, in the Balearic Islands the Government He is considering re-allowing early morning meetings. Others, such as Madrid or Catalonia, had proposed a relaxation, but now they prefer to wait for a more marked improvement.
