“The Ministry of Culture of the Nation has requested that measures be arbitrated so that, in places considered to be of high epidemiological and sanitary risk and in a situation of epidemiological and sanitary alarm, the realization of activities related to cinema and development is authorized. of performing arts (live music, theater, dance and circus) with and without the attendance of spectators ”, states the norm.

Thus, it was established that the designated capacity could vary depending on the infections by Covid-19, “it may be increased according to the epidemiological situation and in accordance with current protocols.”

But in addition, it points out that the people involved in the development of these activities must carry the Unique Enabling Certificate for Circulation-Emergency Covid-19, while the public must “prove their condition as such, with the tickets to access the show, which must specify the venue that was attended, the title of the work or concert and artist, the time of the performance and the number of the seat it occupied “.

Thus, the exception “of the suspension provided for in subsection f) of article 16 of Decree No. 287/21, extended by its similar ones No. 334/21 and No. 381/21, was established in the places considered as of high epidemiological and sanitary risk and in a situation of epidemiological and sanitary alarm, to the realization of activities in cinemas, in theaters and in show rooms (cultural centers) for the purposes of the development of performing arts, with and without the assistance of spectators ” .

It is important to note that the norm refers to shows and not to training activities.
