The celebratory event will be held on Saturday 26 October starting from 9.30 am at the Orfeo Tamburi Auditorium of the Mole Vanvitelliana in Ancona. Institutions, stakeholders and universities dialogue about the past, present and future of urban hygiene service management and how this is changing the way cities deal with cleaning and waste management
It will be held Saturday 26 October starting from 9.30 am at the Orfeo Tamburi Auditorium of the Mole Vanvitelliana in Ancona the day of celebration of 50 years of AnconAmbiente. The day will be divided into three moments: the first of an institutional nature with representatives of the national, regional, provincial and municipal government. The speakers of this first phase will be: Daniele Silvetti Mayor of Ancona, Lucia Albano Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Francesco Acquaroli President of the Marche Region, Daniele Carnevali President of the Province of Ancona, Gian Luca Gregori Magnificent Rector of the Polytechnic University of Marche and Antonio Gitto President AnconAmbiente SpA
The second moment will have a historiographical, corporate and social approach with a focus dedicated to the history of these 50 years with the presentation of the book “AnconAmbiente 1973-2023 half a century at the service of the territory” by the historian and journalist Luca Guazzati.
The day will end with a talk entitled “Waste between Green and Blue Economy, research and training” will see topics related to waste, the environment and the circular economy explored in depth, debated by sector experts and university professors. At this third table will participate: Marco Giuliani full professor of business economics at the Polytechnic University of Marche, Francesco Fatone professor of the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering and Urban Planning at the Polytechnic University of Marche, Filippo Brandolini President of Utilitalia, Francesco Regoli Director of the Department of Life and Environmental Sciences at the Polytechnic University of Marche e Maria Serena Chiucchi Director of the Department of Management at the Polytechnic University of Marche.
