How to achieve sporting success?
When Anastasia was a child, she tried many disciplines, including tennis, artistic gymnastics, horse riding and dancing, but it was athletics that appealed to the teenager the most. When asked what she had to sacrifice for sporting success, she honestly admitted that before the Olympic Games, she focused primarily on training.
– This season, my social life in particular has taken a back seat. I knew what I was signing up for, I chose this path – and not another, so I wanted to approach the matter as professionally as possible, to do everything I could to succeed. This also includes regeneration, adequate amount of sleep, diet. My mother helps me a lot to be able to fulfill all of this. […] Thanks to the fact that I study at a cloud school, I can do it anywhere I have time, explained the 17-year-old.
Anastazja combines her sports career with modeling, which is her great passion. Despite her huge successes, the 17-year-old faces, like other recognizable people, hate and jealousy. As she admits – tries to ignore maliciousness on the Internet and instead devotes himself to hard work and training.
– First of all, you need support from your loved ones. I have a mother. […] We can talk it all over, said the athlete.
