Description [Abstrak] : The aim of this research is to describe and analyze interpersonal communication accompanying the Family Hope Program (PKH) to beneficiary families (KPM) in North Sempaja Village. The focus of this research is interpersonal communication, namely openness, supportive behavior, positive behavior, empathy and equality. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. By using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, data verification or conclusion. The results of the research show that the interpersonal communication of the Family Hope Program (PKH) companion with benefit recipient families (KPM) in Sempaja Utara Subdistrict shows that the importance of the companion in implementing interpersonal communication to the KPM can make it easier for the companion to convey information.
