This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research with a case study research approach and the data comes from primary and secondary data. primary data obtained through the results of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The stages of data analysis are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and finally verifying or drawing conclusions. The results of the research, according to the author, are that the sales volume at “Outcast Barbershop” has increased due to the marketing strategy carried out during the pandemic. As for the things that affect sales volume are the condition and ability of the seller to market products and services, market conditions or consumer needs, capital to operate the business, company organizational conditions, promotions provided by the company. Because it can increase sales “Outcast Barbershop” can be said to be successful in marketing the services they offer with the marketing strategy they are doing. The conclusion of this study is “Outcast Barbershop” implements several actions such as implementing health protocols, providing affordable prices, to moving business premises to strategic areas. The marketing mix that was implemented during endemic times was carried out by “Outcast Barbershop” such as increasing social media, updating facilities, to updating standard operating procedures.
