Daniel Berger bat Matt Fitzpatrick 1up
The final match of this 43rd Ryder Cup, certainly the singles match that displayed the best level of play. Fifteen birdies between them, the two players were unfortunately not often chosen by the American achievement, which focused on stake matches. In this match for honor therefore, Fitzpatrick cracked on his second stroke of the 18th: a scratch in the water which gave the victory to Berger, and the record of points in the USA, 19-9.
