Avito Auto experts analyzed the dynamics of the market for used cars under the age of 3 years in the second quarter of 2023 in the Krasnodar Territory.
According to the platform, sales of three-year cars in April-June of this year increased by 25.3% compared to the same period last year. The average price of such cars in the Kuban was 2,320,000 rubles.
The share of three-year cars accounted for 11.1% of total sales of used cars in Russia in the II quarter of this year. A year earlier, the figure was 9.2%.
The best-selling car model with a mileage of up to 3 years in the II quarter of 2023 in the Krasnodar Territory was the VAZ (LADA) Granta with an average price of 810 thousand rubles. This is followed by Toyota Camry (3.2 million), Hyundai Solaris (1,550,000 rubles), Volkswagen Polo (1,599,000 rubles) and VAZ (LADA) Vesta (1,129,000 rubles)
Also in the top 10 best-selling three-year-old car models are Kia K5, Hyundai Creta, VAZ (LADA) 4×4 (Niva), Kia Rio and Kia Sportage.
Earlier, Avito Auto said that in April-June 2023, sales of cars of foreign brands in the Kuban increased by 40.4% compared to the same period last year. In the Krasnodar Territory, the average price of a used foreign car was 800 thousand rubles.
The most sought-after brand in the region was Hyundai with an average price of 875 thousand followed by Toyota (1 million), Kia (1.29 million), Volkswagen (930 thousand) and Nissan (690 thousand).
