“The partnership between DPP and Red Bull is a beautiful example of a functional and mutually beneficial combination of the forces of two strong brands and companies from two, at first glance, completely different worlds. By cooperating with the greaser – the iconic Prague tram – and the formula single-seater, we pay tribute to both technologies, their designers, the technicians who take care of them and, last but not least, the drivers,” says Petr Witowski, Chairman of the Board and CEO DPP.
An interesting combination of technologies
Mazačka, as this special tram is called, is designed for the maintenance of tram lines in Prague. It is equipped with a large tank that moistens the grass tracks and its main task is to lubricate the track curves, which ensures smoother operation and reduces noise. Since it was put into operation in 2015, it has gained many fans and has become an unmissable part of Prague traffic, especially during the Christmas season, when it appears in the streets with festive decorations.
Currently, the greaser has changed into a blue coat, and instead of the usual tank, you can see the RB18 racing single-seater, piloted by Max Verstappen and Sergio Pérez for the Red Bull Racing team in 2022.

This unique cargo was placed on the tram with the help of a special crane, and is now on its way through Prague to be seen in as many places as possible. Fans can catch a glimpse of her at many well-known stops in Prague, including Strašnice, Vršovice, IP Pavlova, Karlova náměstí, Staroměstská, Letná and others.
Drifts and stunts
However, this unusual tram is only a harbinger of the spectacular show that awaits Prague this Saturday. During Red Bull Showrun presented by foodora will sit in the RB7 car with which Sebastian Vettel won the world title, the famous driver David Coulthard.
